📅 Cancellation Policy



All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

30 days or more before the arrival date: Cancellation is free. Any sums already paid will be fully refunded.

Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date: The deposit of 30% of the total booking amount remains due and is non-refundable.

14 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount is due and non-refundable.

In case of no-show or early departure: No refund will be given.

Any bank charges or transaction fees not reimbursed by the payment provider may remain the responsibility of the traveller, where applicable regulations allow.

We recommend that travellers purchase travel and cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
