🕒 Arrival / Check-in

From 3:00 PM. Please let us know your exact arrival time via WhatsApp at least 30 minutes before your arrival, so that we can arrange your welcome.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.

🪪 Guest registration

In accordance with Spanish regulations, all guests staying at the property must be registered, including minors. At check-in, guests will be required to provide the necessary information and identification documents for registration with the Spanish authorities via SES.HOSPEDAJES. Please ensure that each guest has the necessary documents available.

🧳 Departure / Check-out

Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please confirm your preferred check-out time with us the day before your departure.

🏡 Respect for the property and neighbours

Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, especially in the evening. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

🐾 Pets

Pets are only accepted when specifically indicated in the property listing. An additional fee of €50 per pet and per stay will be charged.

❄️ Air conditioning and electricity

Please use electricity and air conditioning reasonably and responsibly. When leaving the property, please remember to switch off the air conditioning.

🚗 Electric vehicles

It is strictly prohibited to charge an electric vehicle using a power outlet in the property.
