The Conciergerie del Sol processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation. Personal data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. However, it may be shared with service providers where necessary for the management of the booking and stay, as well as with the competent authorities when required by law.

In accordance with Spanish regulations applicable to accommodation providers, the required guest information must be registered and communicated to the competent authorities through the official systems provided for this purpose. Each guest agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing the mandatory information required for this registration is a condition of the stay. Data collected as part of this legal obligation is processed and retained  in accordance with the retention periods and conditions established by applicable Spanish legislation.
