The apartment is located in the Montecala residential area of Cumbre del Sol, in a peaceful and pleasant setting, ideal for making the most of your holiday on the Costa Blanca.

The apartment is accessed via an outdoor staircase (approximately 5 steps). Unfortunately, the property is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

🚗 A car is recommended to fully enjoy the beaches, coves, shops and surrounding areas of Cumbre del Sol.
