Casa Guapa is a recently renovated apartment offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment features two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom, equally spacious, is ideal for two children. There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open-plan living area includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a bright living and dining room opening onto a comfortably furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sea views.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with three reversible air conditioning units (heating and cooling) and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
During your stay, you can enjoy two communal infinity pools and two sun terraces with sun loungers, ideal for unwinding and soaking up the views.
On arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided at no extra charge.

Access to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase of approximately 10 steps. Unfortunately, the property is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
