The apartment is located in the residential area of Montecala, in Cumbre del Sol, in a peaceful and pleasant setting, ideal for making the most of your holiday on the Costa Blanca. The apartment is accessed via an outdoor staircase (approximately 5 steps). Unfortunately, the property is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

🚗 A car is recommended to fully enjoy the beaches, coves, shops and surrounding areas of Cumbre del Sol. All information regarding your arrival, as well as the general house rules, can be found in the “House Rules” section. You can easily park in front of the apartment. Our team at La Conciergerie del Sol remains at your disposal throughout your stay and will be happy to assist you whenever needed. 🌴
