The apartment is located in the residential area of Montecala, in Cumbre del Sol, in a peaceful and pleasant setting, ideal for making the most of your holiday on the Costa Blanca.

Access to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase of approximately 5 steps. Unfortunately, the property is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
